REDS FOR A CROWD

Henry of Pelham
2015 Baco Noir
Smokey, rich notes of coffee and blackberry are evened out by some fresh plum notes on the palate. This is a dry, but easy drinking wine that perfectly pairs with aged cheddars, charcuterie and even spicy foods.

Family Series Peller Estates
2013 Merlot
Distinct tea flavours muddled with red berries, oak and spice make this a truely memorable wine. Bonus: It’s refined enough to impress, but won’t break the bank!

REDS FOR YOU & YOURS

Norman Hardie
2014 County Pinot Noir
One of favorite examples of just how amazing Ontario-grown Pinot Noir can be.  It’s got loads of bright red fruit, a little earthiness and a lightness that keeps us coming back for glass after glass… after glass!

Southbrook
2013 Moon Harvest Barrel Cab Franc
The deep, rich colour on this wine had us excited before it even hit our nose. It’s spicy, medium bodied with heavy currant notes — both red and black. Like crushed cranberry velvet.

RED FOR JUST YOU

The Foreign Affair
Apologetic Red 2013
100% Ontario-grown Cabernet Franc is enriched by a healthy amount of grapes dried in the appassimento style. It’s got big, big notes of black currants, plums, spice and even a hint of cedar. It has elegant tannins and can easily be put down for a decade — if you can wait that long!
